Great Strength/Conditioning Books
If anyone's looking for good info on strength and conditioning training, check out You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login to view..

The guy's name is Ross Enamait (or something like that), he's a combat sports trainer and I bought his 2 books, Infinite Intensity and Never Gymless recently. They are both absolutely unbelievable, they really opened my eyes to a lot of stuff I didn't know. I can't put them down!

There's so much great info in there, worth every penny.

By the way, I'm not associated with him in any way, I live half a planet away from him and I've never met or spoken to the guy in my life, but I believe in giving credit where it's due.

I also have Bas Rutten's MMA workout, which is also great and worth having, as is all of Bas's stuff.

And while we're on the subject of Bas, his Big DVDs of Combat are absolutely mind blowing, the best product I've ever come across hands down. Anyone interested in MMA has to have this, it's pure gold.

Sorry to sound like a bit of a running advertisement, I just really believe in these products and think they're really great.

Big Grin

Sounds interesting, will have to check that out. Always up for new training advice.

Bas's books are great, I've got them, huge books, some great techniques.

Yeah I came across rosstraining.com when I was doing some internet research about Matt Furey (just out of curiosity - I don't have any of Matt's stuff so I don't know how good or bad it is) and everywhere I went people had nothing but praise for Ross Enamait.

Everyone said he was great and that he was really a cool guy and answered everyone's emails personally and so on, so I checked out the site and ended up buying his 2 books.

Well having seen his stuff I can now see what all the fuss is about!

Yeah I got that DVD too - his Streetfighting one. That's a great DVD, and of course always entertaining.

Bas is the man.

I think his best book is boxer's guide to performance enhancement. At least it's best for martial arts practitioners.
