Vitamins, minerals, supplements
I've been practicing martial arts (thai boxing) for a few years, but never took them seriously. Now I have much more free time, so I'd like to start training properly (or, rather, I have started already).
Now I train 6 days a week (incl. overall ~8 3 minute sparrings a week, 4 cardio/technique thai boxing trainings, 2 days weight lifting, plyometrics, running in the mornings at least 3 days a week and other physical activity like skipping and heavy bag workouts)

Normally I would just take simple multi-vitamins that you can buy in any pharmacy, and food with lots of protein in it (like egg whites, tuna, chicken, etc).
Anyway, I think now I need additional supplements to have enough energy to train, to support my immunity and to maximize performance. (without gaining mass, or at least, not too much).

I was thinking about buying Animal Pak.
I looked through ingredients profile and it looks like the right stuff... except
this part
L-Carnitine
Pyridoxine Alpha-Ketoglutarate
Coenzymes A & B
Para-Aminobenzoic Acid
Siberian Ginseng (Eleuthero)
Oriental Ginseng (Panax Ginseng)
Alpha Lipoic Acid (Thioctic Acid)
IGF Colostrum
Phosphatidylcholine
are there some steroids here? or anything else that can actually damage my health? Is there creatine in it?

Can you recommend me other good (and strong) vitamins/minerals/aminoacids complexes?

Also what protein powders can you recommend (I am looking for 100% protein, not weight gaininers)?
